Common questions about FLASH Fund
Does a 75+ score guarantee funding?
No. A score of 75 or above qualifies you for the investment process. The claims behind the score must be verified. Completion depends on satisfactory diligence, investment approval and agreed terms.
What are your investment terms?
Our initial investment range is $250K–$500K. The investment structure and economics depend on the opportunity and are agreed during review and documented before completion.
What if my score is below 75?
Use the FLASH analysis to understand what needs improvement.
Many founders increase their score by 20-30 points after
implementing our recommendations. You can re-run the
analysis anytime to track progress. Once you hit 75+, the
application unlocks automatically.
Do you lead rounds or follow?
We can do both. For pre-seed rounds under $1M, we often lead
or co-lead. For larger seed rounds, we're happy to
participate alongside other investors. Our goal is to be
helpful, not demanding.
What sectors do you invest in?
We focus on strategic technologies with commercial and national-security applications: intelligence and security, sensing and autonomy, and resilient infrastructure. We consider software and hardware where the technical evidence, adoption path and capital requirements support an investable business.
Do I need to be in Silicon Valley?
Our current geography is the United States, India and Japan. Describe where the company operates and where its intended customers are located so we can consider the opportunity in context.
What happens after investment?
The investment relationship should establish the milestone being financed, communication, decision responsibilities and the support to be provided. Any ongoing Flash Intelligence access is agreed explicitly.
Can I apply if I've already raised funding?
Yes, if you're still at pre-seed or seed stage. We've
invested in companies that have raised up to $2M previously.
The key is that our check size ($250K-$500K) still makes
sense for your round and stage.
